In your profile:

  • You will find a list of Inex addresses which you can use for online shopping 
  • You can view your parcels and their tracking history
  • You’ll be able to pay for transportation fees and request courier service
  • You can check your accumulated bonus points
  • You’ll have access to the Box pickup functionality
  • You can request assistance with ordering parcels

The Box pickup feature can be managed from your personal account or via an SMS notification

Method I — From your personal profile

Log in and go to your account

Select "Collect from Box" from the menu

Create a group of parcels for pickup and generate the barcode

Method II — From an SMS notification

Open the message notifying you that your parcel has arrived

Click the link

Scroll down to view the barcode

Attention to those ordering from China!

From October 1 to October 7, due to a local holiday in China, our China warehouse and local post offices will not be operating.

▶ During this period, incoming or ordered packages will be stored in courier company warehouses and will arrive at the Inex address after the holiday period ends.

▶ The last shipment will be carried out on Tuesday, September 30.

▶ The next flight will be sent on October 9.
